- Can I choose colours to match my house?
Yes. We have a range of colours available to choose from with all our products that you can customise to blend with your house.
- Do I get a Warranty with my product?
Yes. We offer a manufacturers warranty of 5-10 years on all new Roller and Louvre shutters. This warranty covers the product from fading, splitting & corroding. A 5 year manuafacturers warranty comes with all new motors. A 10 year replacement warranty on all Prowler Proof security screens and doors. Shaw Sutters offers a 2 year warranty on all installations and componentry.
- How long do Roller and Louvre Shutters last for?
Roller Shutters can last anywhere up to 20 years depending on factors such as environment.Think of your shutters as you would a brand new car. Regular maintenance and cleaning will extend the life of your new product.
